Our vision at Multiply is to see a gospel-focused healthy church local to every person in New Zealand. What a picture!
The reality is that we’ve got a long way to go to see that picture. And so the mission we have set ourselves is to partner with the local church to multiply the training and development of healthy gospel leaders and the planting of new healthy churches, to the glory of God.
Ministry Internships

Multiply Apprenticeships help churches raise up future gospel workers through immersive, hands-on ministry training. Over two to three years, apprentices serve full-time in a local church under the guidance of an experienced trainer, learning through both instruction and shared ministry life. Each apprentice grows in conviction, character, and competency through mentoring, local church experience, and quarterly national intensives designed to strengthen and inspire the next generation of gospel leaders.
Leadership Development

Multiply’s Leadership Development Program equips pastors and church leaders to serve faithfully and effectively for the long haul. The program combines biblical depth with practical tools, helping leaders grow in conviction, confidence, and skill as they lead their churches in the Word and shepherd God’s people in their unique ministry contexts.
Church planting support

Planting a church is both a privilege and a serious calling. Multiply walks alongside prospective planters to help them discern their suitability, prepare thoroughly, and launch wisely. Through a structured four-phase assessment process, practical coaching, and access to trusted resources and relationships, we help ensure each planter is equipped with the character, conviction, and clarity needed to build healthy, gospel-focused churches across New Zealand.
